Two main venues:

  1. the Somogyi Károly Library (SL), H-6720 Szeged, Dóm tér 1-4. https://sk-szeged.hu (in Hungarian)
  2. the Klebelsberg Kuno Library of the Szeged University (KL) https://www.ek.szte.hu/homepage/about/about-the-library/ is located in the same building as the Study and Information Centre (called JATIK in Hungarian), which also houses various events during the conference. Transport: the Art Hotel is in four stops from the railway station (stop Somogyi utca) by tram No. 2. The same tram or the so-called Tram-train (No. 1.) can be used for reaching conference venues at the following stops: KL near to Aradi Vértanúk tere, SL at Somogyi utca, every 5 to 15 minutes.

Registration: at the Somogyi Library (Dóm tér 1-4., in some minutes’ walk from the hotel, on Wednesday: 12-18, on Thursday: 8-18, and on Friday: 8-13. Please wear your conference badge during the conference as it is required for entering the conference area.

Meals: breakfast is served at the hotel, lunch at the KL. On Thursday evening you are invited to a reception, on Friday evening to a party (see the invitations in your bag and take them with you)

We would like to call your attention especially to the city tour on Thursday and to the library visits on Friday which have been organized for you. We hope you will participate.

If you leave Szeged on Saturday in the evening, you may place your luggage either at the hotel or in the SL for the time of the excursion in the morning before starting for the excursion.
